2TON Named Honoree in 12th Annual GrowFL Companies to Watch Competition
2TON recognized for its outstanding leadership, culture, and growth among Florida businesses.
2TON was recently named an honoree in the 12th Annual GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch competition, an annual highlight of the state’s brightest second-stage businesses. 2TON went to bat against 400+ other Florida companies before being named one of 66 finalists earlier this year, and then sliding into the top 50 as an honoree.
2TON receives this recognition alongside some of the state’s brightest businesses, all of which are expected to see significant growth over the next several years. Competition criteria included:
- Growth in the number of employees
- Impact of the business in the job market
- Increase in sales and/or unit volume
- Current and past financial reports
- Innovativeness of the product or service
- Response to adversity
- Contributions to aid community-oriented projects
Further, in order to qualify for the award, companies must be headquartered in Florida and have between 6 and 150 employees and revenue between $750,000 and $100 million.
2TON has been a South Florida staple for over 10 years. Beginning with a small footprint in Delray Beach, the agency has grown, shifted, and evolved into an innovative creative agency that offers branding, design, strategy, and omnichannel marketing services to a diverse range of local and national clients. On top of its robust client roster, the agency proudly provides pro-bono work for some of its community’s most beloved nonprofits and educational institutions.
“We are a part of this community,” explains Ryan Boylston, CEO and Founder of 2TON. “And we always will be. I have spent more than a decade building 2TON into a team of people who, ultimately, care. They care about their work, their teammates, and their neighbors - and truly connect to those around them.”
The connection between 2TON’s team, clients, and community is a defining trait of the agency, which can be seen through its output: insightful branding, intuitive design, and community-building gear.
The Companies to Watch competition was developed by the Edward Lowe Foundation as a unique way to recognize and honor second-stage companies that demonstrate high performance in the marketplace with innovative strategies and processes. In addition to evaluating past growth and projected success, applicant companies are judged according to their special strengths and impact in their markets, communities, and within the state.
“These are some of the most vibrant and dedicated entrepreneurs in our state. They are the champions that keep our communities strong by stimulating the economy, keeping the workforce employed, and giving back in ways that will change the course of our state for years to come. Like all the classes before them, this class of GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch honorees truly embody success and I know they’re only getting started,” said Dr. Tom O’Neal, GrowFL founder.
“We are thrilled to be recognized as an innovator alongside these other incredible businesses in Florida,” Boylston concludes. “It will be an honor to join the other 49 businesses during the official celebration in February.”

Companies named to the list will be officially recognized at the 12th Annual GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Celebration on February 23, 2023, at the Hard Rock Live in Universal CityWalk, Orlando, FL.
