Andrew Santoro
Role at 2TON: Designer
Why did you join 2TON?
From the outside, the team seemed like a bunch of talented individuals who were also good, compassionate people. What I realized after joining is that they were almost all equally as nerdy as I am, so it’s a win-win...win?
What makes you good for this role?
I’m an upbeat and goofy person and everyone on the team seems to have the same mindset. Making someone laugh is one of my favorite things in life, so I'm sure my library of dad jokes will deprive me of that joy.
What is your favorite non-work thing to do?
Lately it’s been playing disc golf, but scuba diving and rock climbing have been consistent weekend adventures.
What makes Andrew good for this role?
Andrew shows a strong passion and creativity in the digital space and willingness to learn from his peers around him. It was also a big plus that he has a great sense of humor—we knew right away he would gel with our team.
Where do you think he will exceed expectations?
He’s already exceeded expectations right out of the gate in web and logo design. Really excited to watch him grow in those and other areas.
Do you think he believes in aliens?
He’s very open-minded and I catch him looking up at the sky quite a bit so most definitely!
Falyn Tover
Role at 2TON: Project Manager
Why did you join 2TON?
During my interview, I could tell that the team was extremely supportive of one another. It was clear that they were a close work family who enjoyed working together.
They also made me feel instantly comfortable with funny and interesting interview questions. The team definitely encouraged me to let my guard down and show my true goofy self!
What makes you good for this role?
I love making people laugh and keeping the team motivated during possible stressful situations. I also really enjoy being organized and making multiple color-coordinated lists/folders. That’s definitely a Project Manager character trait! 😉
What is your favorite non-work thing to do?
I really love binge watching a new television show. It’s my favorite way to decompress and relax. I don't know if that's considered a hobby, but it definitely should be!
What makes Falyn good for this role?
Falyn’s past agency experience has allowed her to jump in with both feet, tackling challenging problems for our clients from day one. That paired with her deep knowledge of K-pop made for a fantastic fit.
Where do you think she will exceed expectations?
She is already picking up new client accounts at a rapid pace, learning their business and providing value. I am confident she will become a critical asset to each of the clients she supports, beyond just project coordination.
Do you think she believes in aliens?
I’m not sure if Falyn believes in aliens, but that’s okay. They still believe in her!!

Tyler Fegley
Role at 2TON: Art Director
What do you think you'll like most about this role?
Getting to be a part of a team that is creating amazing things and feeling proud to be a part of it.
What is your favorite non-work thing to do?
Watching Liverpool play the British football.
Where can we find you when you're not at your desk?
Eating snacks in the kitchen.
Would you rather be invisible or be able to fly?
Definitely fly. I assume I can fly fast enough to go wherever I want. If my top speed is like 3 miles per hour, I would probably still choose flying but it would just be more sad than impressive as people walk past me while I float and that’s when I would be thinking about the invisibility.
What makes Tyler good for this role?
Tyler’s design savvy combined with his knowledge and experience in print-production make him a great fit at 2TON. He works really well and shows incredible patience with everyone. He also came highly recommended by Stephanie so that counts for something.
Where do you think he will exceed expectations?
While holding his own in a barrage of print orders, Tyler is starting to showcase his talents in web design and we’re looking forward to his development in that arena.
Do you think he believes in aliens?
Yes, because he is one, but in a good way like peaceful and glowing.
Lauren Young
Role at 2TON: Project Manager
Why did you join 2TON?
I joined 2TON because they were the coolest people I have ever met during an interview 🙂 The team does such beautiful work, I wanted in on the creativity and the passion.
What makes you good for this role?
A few things like…. Type. A. Super organized, semi neurotic and I also love people. It’s like juggling! Can you juggle?
What do you think you'll like most about this role?
I’m about to launch my first website from the infant stages of discussing a color scheme and I cannot wait to see it. Seeing our many months of hard work and coordinating come to life is going to be something special, a proud moment!
What is your favorite non-work thing to do?
See that watermelon surfboard? That is not random, that is my favorite non-work thing to do, paint surfboards! I simply turn an old unwanted board into Art!
Would you rather be invisible or be able to fly?
This is a tricky one, I would rather fly. Cause I would like to get places very fast like to the beach or the mountains. Hopefully this “fly” also includes being a fly on a wall!
What makes Lauren good for this role?
Lauren’s passion for organization and her personable nature ensured a perfect match for this position. She is on top of every detail and deadline, ensuring we deliver our best work for our amazing clients!
Where do you think she will exceed expectations?
Follow through and thoroughness. She maintains constant communication with our clients and our team, keeping expectations aligned and projects on track. You can’t teach that, thankfully she was born with it.
Do you think she believes in aliens?
Yes, I think Lauren believes in aliens, and if given the chance, she’d organize the heck out of their next project or their spaceship.
