Summiton 2025 was everything we hoped for: big energy, connections, and the kind of takeaways that stick with you long after the day is over. With a killer lineup of speakers and activities, we spent the day gaining new perspectives and setting the tone for an even bigger year ahead.
The day kicked off with coffee, breakfast, and a mindset shift, courtesy of Jimmy Glenos. His talk on teamship reminded us that success isn’t just about individual wins, it’s about how we show up for each other, support each other, and push each other to be better. To put this into action, we also had a Kudos board where Jimmy had us take a moment to thank a team member and add it to the board, reinforcing the power of appreciation and recognition within our team.
Next, we turned up the energy with Mingle to the Music interviews, a fast-paced, fun way to break the ice and connect beyond work. As the music played, we bounced between teammates, swapping stories about dream travel spots, fun hobbies, and everything in between. It was a fun reminder that 2TON isn’t just a team, it’s a group of unique personalities, experiences, and perspectives that make us who we are.
Marina Simone took the stage next and delivered a talk on first impressions, confidence, and relationship building. She gave us the ultimate reminder: how you present yourself and connect with others can make all the difference. Whether it’s with clients, partners, or our own team, confidence is key, and showing up with intention matters.
After a delicious lunch, the afternoon was all about alignment and action. Each realm took the stage for a Q&A and goal-setting session, celebrating strengths, identifying opportunities to collaborate better, and mapping out the big wins we’re aiming for in 2025. Every conversation brought new insights, stronger connections, and a shared commitment to leveling up in 2025.
We closed the day with Rose & Thorn, a space to share the highs we’re celebrating (roses) and the challenges we’re facing (thorns). Because at the end of the day, we support each other through it all. Whether it was a personal win or a tough moment, this was a chance to reflect, connect, and leave with a deeper sense of understanding for each other.
