Job Description

2TON is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our fast growing creative team. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about design and has a strong desire to learn and grow. You are knowledgeable in crafting and establishing compelling visuals while having a keen eye for detail.

As our Graphic Designer, you'll report to the Creative Director and have the opportunity to ideate and execute various creative elements, including branding, logos, print materials, social media campaigns, digital assets, and more. You will work both independently and collaboratively to create and deliver cohesive design solutions that reflect our client’s brand and values as well as our own. This role requires high levels of organization in fast-paced situations, with the ability to work effectively on multiple projects concurrently. Ability to communicate project statuses is also a necessity.

Note: While we work mostly remote, this is a hybrid role so you must be able to commute to our office in West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and under the guidance of the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director while aligning work with the creative brief/direction.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on creative solutions to exceed client expectations.
  • Design for a wide range of materials including logos, print and digital collateral, emails, posters, brochures, catalogs, presentations, website layouts, videos, and social media.
  • Prepare files for print, using industry standards for file setup, and work with external vendors to ensure high-quality printing and production of materials.
  • Excellent typography, design, and production skills in both print and digital mediums, with a strong understanding of print, web and social media best practices.
  • Maintain a professional level of communication with all stakeholders.
  • Develop work under tight timelines, deliver work to meet deadlines, and assist with creative workflow.
  • Proactively identify emerging design trends and contribute to robust internal creative conversations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years related experience in a design or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or similar.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good understanding of conceptual development and creative production processes.
  • Strong knowledge of design for a variety of formats including digital and print.
  • Detail oriented, able to multitask, and prioritize with daily issues.
  • Must be highly communicative and a team player, and be able to work closely with internal staff and external clients.
